In the year of 1991, Dan Pero Manescu founded in Germany the "QUANTUM ART", a new direction of the conceptual paintings as part of Conceptual Art, inspired from the phisycs of the patterns (particles).

After a great world journey from 2002 to 2004, Manescu settled in the year of 2005 to Costa del Sol, Spain, going on with his "Quantum Art". Newspapers and magazines as "Costa del Sol Nachrichten", "Finest -Marbella", "Sur in English" , and the "MATRIX", acclaimed the paintings of Manescu.

Regarding Manescu's "Quantum Art", the art collector Prof. Dr. Werner Halbweiss wrote in the art magazine "World of Art":

'"Visual models of probability patterns (particles) in collision that derive from Quantum Physics (Neutron, Proton, Pion, Muon, etc.) basically compose Manescu's structures. These structures, re-dimensioned by the artist himself to metaphysical symbols, have the tendency to make up a secret code in which the signs build a bridge between the material and the spirit.
